What if my project doesn't fit neatly into a tier?

Most projects don't, and that's expected. The tiers are starting points for conversation, not rigid packages. Book a call and we'll scope your specific needs. If you want a more detailed estimate upfront, use our MVP calculator.

Are there any hidden fees or surprise charges?

No. The price we agree on is the price you pay. We scope everything upfront and include it in a fixed-price contract. If scope changes mid-project (it happens), we'll discuss it openly before any additional work begins.

What payment terms do you offer?

We typically structure payments as 50% upfront and 50% at launch. For larger Scale projects, we can discuss milestone-based payments. All payments are via ACH or wire transfer.

Do you offer refunds if I'm not happy?

We don't offer blanket refunds, but we've never had a client ask for one. We show you progress weekly, so there are no surprises at the end. If something isn't right, we fix it during the project, not after.

What happens after the 30-day support period?

After support ends, you have options: handle maintenance yourself (you own the code), hire your own developers, or sign up for our $1,500/month maintenance plan. We'll make sure your team is set up for success either way.

Can I upgrade from Prototype to MVP later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a Prototype to validate their idea, then move to MVP once they have user feedback. We credit a portion of the Prototype work toward the MVP build.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We work with clients worldwide, primarily in English. All calls are via Google Meet, and we're flexible with time zones. Payments are processed in USD.

What if I need something not listed here?

Let's talk. These tiers cover 90% of startup projects, but we're flexible. Native iOS/Android (without React Native), complex hardware integrations, or blockchain features would be scoped separately.
